Jumeriah goes on international hunt for group marketing director

Luxury hotel chain Jumeirah is conducting an international search for a new group director of marketing, just weeks after it launched its new identity and logo.

Luxury hotel chain Jumeirah is conducting an international search for a new group director of marketing, just weeks after it launched its new identity and logo.

The position, which has been created following the rebranding from Jumeirah International, is being advertised in international trade publications and websites.

The director of marketing will report to Bill Walshe, Jumeirah’s chief sales and marketing officer. According to the company’s job description, the objective of the role is to “cash in opportunities and bring to the forefront the most luxurious hotel brand, as well to present a strong platform for growth with in the market place”.

The closing date for applications is August 15.

Jumeirah refused to comment on the new position when contacted by Campaign Middle East.
