Kadim Al Sahir to launch Samsung's latest phone

Arabic singing superstar, Kadim Al Sahir, will help the region's resellers sell Samsung's newest mobile phone through a series of advertising campaigns around the Middle East.

Samsung resellers in the Middle East are to be handed an extraordinary marketing tool to help launch and sell the vendors’ latest mobile phone that is due to be released in a matter of weeks.

Kadim Al Sahir, whose 15 albums have sold 20 million records, will help Samsung promote a new mobile phone, described by the company as “totally unique and one of the most exciting products we’ve ever released.”

Kadim was recently in Dubai working on an advertisement campaign, due to be launched shortly throughout the Middle East. “Samsung is at the leading edge of the digital convergence era, that excites me and I wanted to be involved,” says Al Shair.

“Samsung is a giant of the corporate world, Kadim is a giant of entertainment—we make an obvious, and unbeatable, combination,” added SB Kim, senior manager, Samsung.
