Companies to work together to provide customised service offerings in the region.
Keross has entered into a new partnership agreement with Jeraisy Group, the companies announced on Monday.
Under the agreement, Keross will provide Jeraisy with technology, knowhow and expertise to extend their service offerings in the fields of managed services, corporate security services, business intelligence and process quality management.
Cyril Simonnet, CEO, Keross, said: “A partnership with Jeraisy will ensure that we are able to reach customers that need our expertise, particularly in KSA.”
He added: “Our teams will work together to provide customised service offerings bringing the best parts of Keross and Jeraisy together in one package.”
The DIFC based, professional services company specialises in managed services and will aid Jeraisy’s in house network operations centre, which is dedicated to their customers.
In turn, Jeraisy will act as Keross’s regional partner in the Kingdom.
Muzammil Al Bashar, Jeraisy, added: “Knowing that we have experts to back us ensures that we believe not just in the partnership, but in our ability to reach this region effectively and become a strong, yet unique, managed services provider.”
The Saudi based Jeraisy provides a variety of total business solutions. Its subsidiaries cover a wide range of industrial and commercial activities, including a computer and communications services division which is one of the largest IT companies in the Middle East.
