Kuwaiti bank Boubyan Bank has launched an online banking solution to boost its customer service offering.

Kuwaiti bank Boubyan Bank has launched an online banking solution to boost its customer service offering.

With the assistance of implementation partner Al-Faris Information Technologies, the bank is deploying Financial Fusion's consumer and corporate online banking solution.

The Fusion solution will enable its clients to customise their online banking functions, manage accounts and perform a variety of self-service functions, including payment of bills, the bank said.

"Financial Fusion's solutions provide complete reporting, money movement and self-service capabilities via the online channel making account services easier for our thousands of clients," Yousef Al-Obaid, general manager of Boubyan Bank said in a statement.

The Boubyan Bank win is a fourth portal deal in Kuwait for Al-Faris, coming after its earlier collaborations with the Kuwait Stock Exchange, Central Bank of Kuwait, and Council of Ministers.
