Commercial Bank of Kuwait has appointed a new chairman, its second this year, the lender said on the bourse website on Thursday.
Bader Al Ahmad replaces Dherar Al Rabah, who was chosen as chairman in April, after shareholders elected a new seven-member board for the bank. CBK's board accepted Rabah's resignation earlier this week.
CBK's previous board headed by Abdulmajeed Shatti had resigned in January. The lender did not provide reasons for the resignations. (Reuters)
