Chart-topping rap star Kendrick Lamar has announced as the final act for Abu Dhabi’s eagerly-anticipated F1 weekend, Time Out reports.
The seven-time Grammy Award-winning performer, who has scored number one hit albums both in his native United States and the UK, will headline the UAE’s biggest event of the year alongside superstar DJ Calvin Harris, the iconic P!nk and Brit folk-rockers, Mumford & Sons.
The Yasalam after-race concerts will be held from Thursday, November 23 until Sunday, November 26, the day of the F1 race itself.
P!nk will headline the after-race concert on Sunday, while Calvin Harris, will headline the concert on Thursday night.
Mumford & Sons will be take centre stage for a spectacular Saturday show.
Away from the Yasalam concerts at Du Arena, Brit star Craig David and rap icon Busta Rhymes will be among the big names taking to the decks during the F1 weekend, with both taking centre stage at the Yas Viceroy Hotel, overlooking the Yas Marina Circuit.
