Dubai Police car fleet is known for its line-up of efficient supercars including a Lamborghini, Bugatti, Bentley, Aston Martin and more. Recently, the fleet got an upgrade with the addition of a Porsche Taycan.
Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC, the official distributor for Porsche announced the delivery to the Dubai Police with the aim to contribute to the high-performance and sustainable capabilities of the fleet.
The Porsche Taycan is a fully electric sports car contributing to sustainability efforts and fleet efficiency.
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said: “We are pleased to collaborate with Al Nabooda Automobiles, the official distributor of Porsche vehicles in Dubai and Northern Emirates. The Porsche Taycan has two battery options – standard performance battery and Performance Battery Plus. The charging technology allows fast charging from five to 80 percent in 22 minutes.
Additionally, five minutes of charging can give enough battery power for 100 kilometres.
Safety features include the Porsche 4D Chassis Control system, adaptive air suspension and more.
