Dubai-based jewellery designer and artist Nadine Kanso has unveiled a new collection of Arabic-style cufflinks under her line Bil Arabi, which translates into, ‘In Arabic’.

The ‘Khatt’ men’s collection introduces a new perspective to Kanso’s creations while staying true to her trademark Arabic letters. The designs combine traditional craftsmanship with Kanso’s signature edginess.

The line is exclusively available at Sauce Rocks in The Galleria Mall Dubai. Prices are available upon request.

The idea behind Bil Arabi is to express and transform cultural and identity-related thoughts into jewellery, in Arabic.

Kanso has collaborated with international brands such as LV, Gucci, Kiehl’s and Cruciani.

Her work in photography and jewellery has been auctioned at Christies, Bonhams and Philips De Purry.

In addition to making jewellery, Kanso has exhibited artwork in a series of cities around the world, including the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and B21 Gallery in Dubai.

Her most recent collaboration was with the award-winning Emirates Airlines, where she was chosen to design a range of products to be sold online and in store for Emirates airlines.
