Real estate developer calls for tenders for construction of infrastructure in four zones in Downtown Jebel Ali
Real estate developer Limitless has invited tenders for construction of the remaining infrastructure work in four zones (Zones One to Four) in at Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai.
The Dubai-government controlled property developer is looking to develop land between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Techno Park, which stretches 11 km along Sheikh Zayed Road and over an area of of more than 6.5 million sq m.
Each zone will have three distinct districts: the Urban Centre, a vibrant business and entertainment hub; the Trellis District, with mid-rise buildings, shaded sidewalks, parks and plazas; and the Medina, with Arabian-inspired courtyards and quiet cobbled streets.
As master developer, Limitless has sufficiently progressed infrastructure work at Downtown Jebel Ali to allow third-party developers to begin work in individual projects.
Limitless itself has already delivered The Galleries at Downtown Jebel Ali, a fully operational, rapidly expanding business and retail community in zone 1. The Galleries features state-of-the-art office facilities and retail outlets, with residential units coming soon.
The last date for submitting bids is January 25, it added.
