In two decades, Eurotech has built a reputation as the go-to firm for everything training and consulting-related.

The firm, which has physical offices in Kuwait, KSA, Dubai, Oman and Bahrain, works across all occupational industries including banking, petroleum, gas and oil to name a few. Its programmes are designed to improve each individual’s skills in their chosen profession.

The firm is credited for mentoring employees at some of the region’s most prominent companies, including Saudi Aramco, Mobily and Kuwait retail group Al Yasra Fashion, which owns the rights to brands ranging from DKNY to Max Mara across the GCC.

But it is not only in the Gulf where Eurotech has thrived, having successfully implemented programmes in Egypt and Lebanon, and going beyond the MENA region to Turkey, Canada, Australia, US, the UK, parts of Europe and the Far East.

It is no wonder, then, that is has been awarded over a dozen prizes from both governmental and private entities, including the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Dubai 2017 Appreciation for Eurotech Contribution, as well as the Best Training Institution Award for Human Resources Development from Arabian Business in 2013.

What makes Eurotech’s training programmes stand out is their focus on every aspect of a business’s infrastructures, starting from organisational setups all the way to human resources and final marketing. The team of specialised consultants and internationally renowned training and consultancy partners organise regular interactive workshops and seminars to coach and develop employees’ skills and careers.

So far, it has helped more than 65,000 professionals. It also offers personal coaching and training for VIPs, which is based on individual needs and targets. All training takes place in five stages: a preliminary meeting defining needs, preparing programmes, discussing training modules, and finalising training workshops.
