Raju Ramesh and Sunil Paul

Raju Ramesh and Sunil Paul

During The midst of the global financial crisis nearly a decade ago, two Dubai-based Indian entrepreneurs and industry veterans decided to join hands to build a technology solutions services company. While they may not have known it at the time, that recession was the perfect moment for a start-up: the result was ‘Finesse’.

“It was a seminal moment,” say Raju Ramesh and Sunil Paul, the company’s co-founders, who believe their strength lies in the way they approach an opportunity and how they understand the market scenario.

Technology has always been a game-changer for them and they have made sure that innovation can help to offer their clients increased operational efficiency, productivity enhancements and sustained profitability.

Over the years, Finesse has grown substantially across employee count, geographic presence, revenue consistency and profitability to become the most trusted system integrator firm in the region.

Now in its tenth year, Finesse is regarded as one of the best technology innovators in the region, introducing solutions such as blockchain, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence and analytics.

Finesse’s client base includes 80 percent of the banks in the region, most government organisations, several healthcare institutions, educational institutions and a large percentage of enterprises in the region.

One of their recent clients includes the leading restauranteur Gourmet Gulf, which partnered with Finesse to implement a seamless dining experience using the Salesforce customer relationship management platform.

Finesse has also partnered with industry leaders such as IBM, Microsoft, UiPath, Qlik, Kyriba, Salesforce, and many more to bring the best of breed technology solutions and services to its customers.

“Leadership, the way you behave with your team and with customers plays a major role in your success. We both always wanted to ensure that there’s a culture that needs to be obliged by us and our team. The culture of putting the customer first,” Sunil Paul, who is also Finesse’s COO, says of the company’s success.

“Finesse believes in building a world-class institution to positively impact the lives of people around us,” Raju Ramesh, who is also Finesse’s CEO, adds.

Today, Finesse has over 250 enterprise clients and a professional team of more than 350 employees, has won more than 40+ international awards and is now set to embark on an international expansion drive.

‘Finesse Foundation’, the company’s corporate social responsibility initiative, supports various programmes in the healthcare and educational sector. ‘Learning Spaces’ is an alternate education platform conceived by the team to provide education for around 450 pupils through its three centres spread across Southern India.
