It’s hard to miss a name like Kabir Mulchandani. After all, he did mark his comeback into the Dubai property market by building one of Palm Jumeirah’s most popular – and glamorous – hotels. The CEO of Five Holdings is the mastermind behind the Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai, which was completed ahead of schedule to boast 220 Miami-style residences and 450 hotel rooms. Mulchandani is also a devoted philanthropist, having launched Project Udaan, an initiative funded by Five Hotels and Resorts and which aims to save a life a day in India by providing daily surgery to cure children who are born with congenital heart defects.
