As CEO of Nshama, a Dubai-based private developer of lifestyle communities, Durie has overseen the successful delivery of elegantly master-planned, interconnected, tech-driven and sustainable neighbourhoods. Nshama shot into prominence by being the first developer to launch townhouses under AED1m with its Town Square project. Town Square, a 31 million sq ft development near Al Barsha, was launched in February 2014 featuring 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments in total.
