Siadah International Real Estate Development

Coming from a financial and banking background, Derradji believes that the fundamentals of every successful real estate project are based on understanding the market needs and clients’ demands. These, along with his desire to build healthier communities, Derradji established Siadah International Real Estate Development in early 2018, with the aim to deliver quality property investment products and services to its clients.

The company, although a new entrant to the UAE’s real estate market, is committed to promoting a healthier environment and developing sustainable, high-living standard communities for the future.

With his company, Derradji is taking part of the green building movement in the emirates, and is playing an increasing role in helping future generations embrace a healthier and a more sustainable lifestyle.

True to its commitment, the company is developing the Al Mahra Residence project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, considered by many as one of the most sustainable cities in the world.

The project will include two medium-rise buildings of nine storeys and will provide 300 fully equipped residential units, with private gardens overlooking the community swimming pool and distinct view of the main boulevards and the surrounding areas of Masdar. The apartments range from studios to three bedrooms, designed in a modern and sustainable style that meets the unique environmental sustainable standards of Masdar.

And in October, Siadah announced it was looking to expand in the UAE capital, with its $123m residential project in Yas Bay. The project, to be funded through equity and bank loan, is set to start in early 2020, is expected to be completed by 2022, according to the CEO.

“It is going to be one of the first projects with direct access to [the] beach on Yas Bay and will offer a unique lifestyle to residents,” Derradji told The National.
