The accomplishments of Dr Ayedh Bin Farhan Bin Al Mubarak Al Qahtani are a continuation of his father’s accomplishment, Sheikh Farhan Bin Al Mubarak Al Qahtani, who had a great reputation as one of Saudi Arabia’s most successful businessmen.
He founded one of the biggest contracting companies in the kingdom during the 1950s. Because of that, Dr Ayedh Al Qahtani has always regarded his father as a role model for his values, relationships, management, and planning. Sumou is one of the kingdom’s most dynamic property firms, with projects in Makkah, Dammam and Khobar.
Al Qahtani got his bachelor’s degree in industrial management from King Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz University for Petroleum and Minerals.
He received his PhD with honours in Real Estate Industry from Concordia University North West in Canada. His PhD thesis was about the philosophy of real estate development.
