Agthia reports 31.8% jump in H1 2024 net profit to AED 190mn

Agthia Group reported a 31.8 percent jump in its net profit in the first half of 2024 to AED 190.0 million.

The group’s net revenue rose by 14.7 percent YoY to AED 2.5 billion during the period.

In line with the group’s semi-annual dividend policy, Agthia’s board of directors has recommended the distribution of AED 85.7 million as an interim cash dividend (equivalent to 10.31 fils per share).

This is a 25 percent increase, compared to the same year-ago period.

Khalifa Sultan Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Agthia Group, said the company continues to deliver strong performance, solidifying its growth momentum in the first half of the year.

“Going forward, we are well-positioned to seize opportunities in the MENA region and beyond, leveraging our strengths in innovation, digitalisation, and operational excellence,” he said.
