Maxx Logistics boosts warehouse technology

Maxx Logistics has purchased the Infor warehouse management system to boost its operations in the Middle East.

Maxx Logistics, a joint venture between Saudi Arabia's Al Majdouie Group and China'sJinghiTransport, has purchased the Infor warehouse management system from the Span Group to boost its operations in the Middle East.

The technology system has been implemented at the company's regional distribution centre in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

"We view this new technology as an important area of focus for our company. The software meets our drive of adding value to our customers," said Mohammad Shaiq, general manager at Maxx Logistics.

"We needed a system that is flexible, scaleable and a company that understands how to adapt to the ever-changing market and SPAN has proven this with Infor WMS product suite," he added.
