Virign Nigeria updates frequent flyer program and improves CRM capabilities with Mercator's CRIS solution
Mercator, the IT division of Emirates Group has supplied its CRIS frequent flyer and CRM system to Nigerian flag airline Virgin Nigeria.
Mercator, and its Skywards Consultancy Services division worked together to revamp Virgin Nigeria's ‘eagleflier' frequent flyer program, to introduce more features for customers and to provide CRM solutions for the airline's management.
Patrick Naef, head of Mercator and Divisional Senior Vice President IT Emirates Group, commented: "Virgin Nigeria is already a customer for our outsourced RAPID revenue accounting solution, and this latest deal for CRIS further cements our relationship. We look forward to working hand in hand with our friends in Nigeria on future projects and to contributing to the airline's continued success."
Mercator will also host the CRIS application at its data centre in Dubai.
