Microsoft partners with New Horizons

Microsoft has announced that it has appointed global traing consultancy New Horizons to provide authorsied training for Microsoft SQL 2000 in the region.

Microsoft has selected New Horizons as training partner for SQL 2000 in the Middle East. Under the agreement the global training consultancy will offer courses in Microsoft’s latest version of SQL Server, and will also be offering t-shirts and bags to initial registrants for the courses. The two companies also partnered for the recent Microsoft Open Door events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

“New Horizons has always held a strong partnership with Microsoft,” said Nadeem Younis, country general manager for New Horizons UAE. “This strategic relationship is becoming stronger day by day, as New Horizons and Microsoft work jointly on various projects. New Horizons feels proud to have been chosen by Microsoft to deliver SQL 2000 training in the Middle East. We have been also effectively working together on the MCSE Upgrade and now we are also teaming up to provide SQL 2000 training. This is a pride for New Horizons and is an approval from Microsoft for the quality of training New Horizons provide.”

Haider Salloum, product marketing manager for Microsoft said: “Microsoft hold a strong strategic relationship with New Horizons and we have always worked together on projects in the past. Microsoft believes that New Horizons’ capability of providing high quality of training and their regional coverage will help us achieve the goals.”
