IP communications solutions vendor Mitel has strengthened its channel-to-market in Saudi Arabia, awarding BITS Arabia gold solution provider status. The new accreditation allows BITS Arabia to resell and distribute the full Mitel suite of IP communications systems, IP phones and applications.

Refaat Al Saadi, managing director at BITS Arabia, said: Attaining Mitel gold solution provider status is particularly beneficial to us and our customers. It recognises our ability to support IP telephony to the highest standards in providing Mitel’s portfolio of IP-based networked business solutions for small office, branch offices and the enterprise market.”

“We believe Mitel’s IP solutions are the best in the marketplace and customers can take advantage of immediate and long-term benefits including cost efficiencies and increased productivity,” he added.

To make the gold grade, BITS Arabia had to prove its ability to deliver a high standard of converged skills and superior customer support in the Kingdom.
