Motherboard vendor looks to make a mark

Hong-Kong based J&W Technology is at GITEX Technology Week for the second time and is on the look out for a strategic, long term partner to distribute and sell its products across the region.

Hong-Kong based J&W Technology is at GITEX Technology Week for the second time and is on the look out for a strategic, long term partner to distribute and sell its products across the region.

"We have become the biggest private motherboard manufacturer in mainland China and currently sell more than 450,000 pieces worldwide monthly.

"We are new to the Middle East market and plan to use our motherboard expertise to offer true choice to customers here," says Nelson Fung, regional sales director for the firm.

According to Fung, in addition to finding a major distributor J&W is also on the look out for system integrators across the region who can work alongside the company. "We were at GITEX last year. We met a few potential partners, and we even made some deals," says Fung. "However, unfortunately, none of them really came to fruition in the end.

"This time around we are looking for partners who can stay with us for the long term and grow our solutions in the region," says Fung.

Fung believes GITEX offers an unparalleled view of the regional market.
