NAI aims to build on market investment with strong Gitex presence

Network Associates International (NAI) is touting its full range of security software at this year’s show. The vendor, which opened an office in Dubai Internet City (DIC) at the start of this year, is attempting to get closer to the market.

Network Associates International (NAI) is touting its full range of security software at this year’s show. The vendor, which opened an office in Dubai Internet City (DIC) at the start of this year, is attempting to get closer to the market.NAI’s core business revolves around McAfee Security, content security and security brands such as its Sniffer Technologies and Magic Service Desk, a browser-based service desk.During the show, the NAI’s internet security team is going to be on hand to educate customers about the need for security policies tied to the business, the urgent case for security management and reliability. Also NAI plans to educate customers about the benefits of business continuity.“Security is a global concern. Companies large and small have suffered the effects of debilitating hacking and virus attacks, which have hit their operations and profits, in some cases critically,” says Javier Colado, vice president of Network Associates Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa.“To ensure the vitality of global business networks, it is essential that they adopt best in class solutions with the highest level of customer support and service that will protect their business from harm,” he adds. NAI also hopes to reach out to channel partners and customers to educate them about the vendor’s up and coming product announcements.
