NCT&H embarks on expansion

Abu Dhabi-based National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels has two new properties planned for Dubai and has made an investment in Morocco.

Abu Dhabi-based National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H) has confirmed plans to significantly increase its portfolio of investments. The company has taken a 15% stake in the Hilton Rabat in Morocco and is planning two more hotels in Abu Dhabi.

The Hilton Rabat is located in an upmarket suburb of the Moroccan capital, with 249 rooms and suites and a further 20 chalets.

NCT&H also has two new resorts planned for Abu Dhabi later this year. A deluxe boutique resort is scheduled to open at the Al Raha corniche and a beach resort is planned near the Sir Bani Yas wildlife island reserve

The company already has the four star Mirfa and Mafraq hotels, the Dhafra Beach Hotel and the Liwa Hotel in the oasis of the same name. The five star Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna, with 109 rooms, is set to soft open in late summer.
