Omniyat and Drake & Scull team up to develop new project on Dubai's iconic manmade island

Omniyat and Drake & Scull have team up to launch a new development on the Palm Jumeirah.

“One at Palm Jumeirah” is expected to be a high rise building with 360 degree views of the surrounding, with apartment sizes varying between 2,000 square feet and 20,000 square feet.

Full details of the project are to be released at Cityscpae 2014.  The project will be  developed by both companies and managed by Omniyat.
