UAE-based Lootah Real Estate Development has announced the on-time completion and handover of its latest residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle.

The announcement came during the handover ceremony for The Waves which was attended by Lootah’s top management officials and key stakeholders.

The Waves offers a total of 135 units including studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms and one-bedroom loft apartments, featuring amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium and covered parking spaces.

Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director of Lootah Real Estate Development said: “We are pleased to announce the handover of our latest residential property in Jumeirah Village circle, The Waves, which provides a beautiful, self-contained environment for residents.

“We recognise the growing demand for affordable housing in the UAE property market, and we understand this trend and aim to accommodate these requirements without compromising quality."

He added: "We have a very positive outlook on the future of
the property market and are committed to delivering unprecedented level of affordable luxury with premium finishing, amenities and high-quality construction inline with our strategic plans to grow our existing portfolio of residential properties."

Last October, the developer broke ground on its upcoming residential building The Edge in Dubai Investment Park.

Set for delivery in the first quarter of 2020, The Edge will feature 103 units of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
