Developer says phase one of Hartland Greens comprises 167 units, of which 117 have already been handed over
Sobha Realty, the premium real estate developer, has announced the handover of the phase one of Hartland Greens apartments, located in its Sobha Hartland development in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MBR) city.
The company has welcomed the first residents who moved into the community with a special housewarming event, attended by over 150 guests.
Hartland Greens is a premium collection of six mid-rise buildings, ranging from studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes, all located amid vast open spaces.
Phase one comprises 167 units, of which 117 have already been handed over, the developer said.
It added that it is also gearing up to finish phase one of Hartland Estate Villas, with the handover starting shortly.
Sobha Hartland is an 8 million square feet waterfront community perched along the Dubai Canal and comprising luxurious apartments, premium villas as well as high-end townhouses.
