The platform will enable customers to access details about future payments and receive construction updates
MAG Lifestyle Development, the property development arm of MAG Group Holding, has deployed a new platform that it says will improve the efficiency and speed of sales by as much as 70 percent, the company announced on Monday.
The platform, known as Salesforce, will automate various sales functions to ensure quicker transactions.
According to the company, the activation of the service will help drive sales through digital streams including online and through a mobile app.
“As a digital-first and future-ready company, we continuously seek to automate our processes that add greater operational efficiency and enhanced customer service standards,” said Talal Maofaq Al Gaddah, the CEO of MAG Lifestyle Development.
“With the utilisation of Salesforce, a world-leading platform, we will deliver a more seamless and faster sales process to the highest standards of transparency and customer care,” he added. “This also underlines our commitment to leveraging advanced digital technologies to meet and exceed the aspirations of the new generation of digital-savvy customers.”
With the implementation of the platform, MAG LD is targeting sales of AED 200 to AED 250 million each month, compared to earlier sales of AED 125 monthly.
Additionally, the platform is expected to help identify and attract “the right profile” of customers and make payment processes seamless.
The platform will enable the firm’s sales team to access the company’s entire inventory even when out in the field using a mobile app, allowing them to respond faster to qualified leads.
The company’s customer will be issued a digital receipt each time they make and a deposit and will also be able to access details about future payments and raise service requests, as well as receive updates on the construction of their homes. Historical data from the previous five years has been migrated to the platform.
