The nomination process for the annual Arabian Business StartUp Awards 2017 is now open for region’s best start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs.

The event, which will take place on October 24th in Dubai, will recognise the best of the new and small businesses, as well as those who help turn entrepreneurs’ ideas into reality.

Awards will be presented to the winners in 14 categories which include:

  • Entrepreneur of the Year

  • Funding Initiative of the Year

  • Incubator/Accelerator of the Year

  • Intrapreneur of the Year

  • Investor of the Year

  • Mentor of the Year

  • New Media Start Up of the Year

  • People’s Choice Award Entrepreneur of the Year

  • SME Leader of the Year

  • SME of the Year

  • Social Enterprise of the Year

  • Start Up of the Year

  • Start Up Programme of the Year

  • Young Entrepreneur of the Year

While the nomination to the category - People’s Choice Award: Entrepreneur of the Year - will open only in September, the entire nomination process will close on September 14, following which the editorial panel will discuss entrants and select a winner for each category.

Launched in 2012, Arabian Business StartUp events have showcased the region’s finest entrepreneurs and introduced new talent as well as providing in-depth advice to help organisations continue to drive profit, increase sales, and successfully grow and expand their businesses.

The website also allows you to book seats or tables (10 seats) and provides information for those wishing to sponsor the event.
