Developer launches first phase of apartments as part of its 750-acre mixed use Dubai development
The developers behind Town Square, the recently launched Dubai mega project, on Monday unveiled its first phase of residential apartments, priced from AED349,988 ($95,285).
Nshama said in a statement that the Zahra apartments are located centrally in the 750-acre development which is anchored by a central square with the Vida Town Square Dubai hotel and a Reel Cinemas cineplex and open-air cinema.
The launch of the apartments follows strong response to Zahra and Hayat Townhouses, the developer said.
It added that only 306 apartments are being launched including studios, one-beds, two-beds and three-beds. Potential customers can register online at www.nshama.ae.
In close proximity is a 2.5 million square foot retail precinct featuring over 600 stores and food and beverage outlets. Town Square also offers day-care facilities, playgrounds, play zones for all ages, swimming pools, fitness centre, athletic spa, interactive water features, skate parks, playgrounds, adventure zones, modern medical facilities and splash parks.
