Three projects with total value of $952m showcased at Dubai property event
Dubai developer Omniyat is set to unveil two new tower developments, in Business Bay and Dubai Maritime, at Cityscape Global.
The developer will also showcase the previously announced ‘One at Palm Jumeirah’ a joint project in collaboration with Drake & Scull International, bringing the total value of projects to AED3.5 billion ($952 million).
The developer plans to build a AED900 million ($245 million), 25-storey twin tower project in Business Bay in the vicinity of Dubai Mall, which will have 274 apartments.
Omniyat will also develop a AED600 million ($163 million), 48-storey tower in Dubai Maritime City, which will have 225 apartments.
Both projects will be showcased at the Cityscape property show next week (September 21 to 23).
Taking centre stage at Cityscape, however, will be the group’s ‘One at Palm Jumeirah’, with a showcase of the design being held in a private room at the Omniyat stand.
“One at Palm represents a major milestone in Omniyat’s history,” said Mahdi Amjad, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Omniyat group. “Our previous iconic projects like The Opus and The Pad generated overwhelming response at the international level. We are pleased to say that these new projects will surpass the luxury standards we have set so far.”For all the latest real estate news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
