First Gulf Bank launches women’s credit card

Abu Dhabi-based First Gulf Bank has introduced a card designed specifically for women, The Ladies Only Visa credit card, launched at Abu Dhabi’s upmarket Paris Gallery, gives various benefits designed to appeal to ladies.

This includes discounts and offers across a selection of the UAE’s top shops and stores; 24 hour Auto Assistance across the UAE and Oman; 0% interest on motor, medical and other insurance instalments; balance transfers at ‘competitive’ rates; and repayment at 72 locations.

Cardholders also benefit from the bank’s First Rewards scheme, which gives points that can be redeemed at various outlets and malls in the UAE, including Paris Gallery, Abu Dhabi Mall, Deira City Centre and many more.

Sanjay Chaturvedi, head of credit cards, retail banking group, First Gulf Bank, said: “The new ‘ladies only’ card was introduced to help financially-independent women take charge of their spending and be handsomely rewarded in the process.”
