Online agent aims to help job hunters

CareerMidEast.com is enhancing its online recruitment site with the addition of a 'Job Agent', which informs job seekers via e-mail when suitable positions become available.

CareerMidEast.com has increased the personalisation of its online recruitment service with the creation of a ‘Job Agent’, which automatically notifies job seekers by e-mail when suitable positions become available that are compatible to their requirements.

Job seekers will be able to activate the job agent when they add their CV to the CareerMidEast.com database and fill out their job search criteria. Job hunters can also keep their career options open by activiating more than one job agent, allowing them to cover a greater variety of job markets.

The available position can then be viewed through a direct link in the e-mail, and candidates can apply online.

“This ‘Job Agent’ is a really smart resource. It finds the right job depending on the criteria defined by the seeker,” said Tarek Amin, chief marketing officer of CareerMidEast.com. “The ‘Job Agent’ automates one of the most painful and stressful processes of finding new career opportunities. This service provides the required information quickly and efficiently, thus freeing people to focus on other important and imperative tasks.”
