Partnership provides strategic plan

Imdaad to provide Tamweel with full FM solutions and services.

Imdaad has signed a partnership agreement with real estate finance provider, Tamweel, to provide a range of facilities management solutions and services.

Under the agreement, both parties will work to produce a strategic asset management plan. The facilities management solution will include both technical and soft service provision, including, MEP, security, systems, waste management and landscaping.

"Imdaad will ensure the delivery of the best services to our clients and their customers in the most efficient manner possible. We are delighted to sign the strategic partnership agreement with Tamweel and feel it will positively contribute to promoting the best facility and asset management practices in the UAE region," said Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO, Imdaad.

The partnership was announced just weeks before Tamweel's Tamweel Tower in Jumeriah Lakes Towers, is due for completion.

Imdaad will provide FM solutions and services for all Tamweel's projects said Adel Al Shirawi, board member of Tamweel.

"The partnership aims to establish and implement a long-term strategic asset management plan based on technology and technical competencies, ensuring the highest standards in reliability and service delivery," he added.

To ensure this happen, the entire operation will be managed by a highly trained call centre team on a 24/7 basis.
