Peruvian restaurant and lounge, Totora Cebicheria Peruana, will launch in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) this March.

The 185-seat, 6,000 square foot venue will serve traditional Peruvian cuisine in a Peruvian-inspired décor setting.

It will stretch across two floors and feature a rope bridge at its entrance to symbolize the last remaining Incan Rope Bridge.

Totora Cebicheria Peruana was co-founded by Rania Al Khalifa and Ali Sidani in co-operation with hospitality firm Roya International.

Al Khalifa and Sidani were inspired by the country’s cuisine and culture following several trips to Peru.

The restaurant and lounge will be designed by award-winning interior designer Fadi Sarieddine. It will combine traditional and modern elements.
