AlHazm mall, dubbed the ‘mall for millionaires,’ was created to tend to the luxury wants of wealthy Qataris, of whom 50,000 are millionaires.

The mall is located in Al Markhiya in Doha alongside a luxury residential area.

It consists of two floors dedicated to bespoke luxury services including high-end retail and dining as well as a cultural centre.

Designed with Italian-architecture in mind, it features Tuscan marble flooring, landscaped gardens, large domes, high arches, and water features.

The mall is the work of local developer Al Emadi Enterprises and is estimated to have cost $825 million (QR3 billion) to build.

According to Al Emadi, it is “designed for connoisseurs, those who appreciate the finer things in life. [It] offers the world’s most exclusive brands and contemporary luxuries in a fashionably refined setting”.
