Bachelet inaugurated in Chile

Chile’s new president, Michelle Bachelet, has been officially inaugurated. Bachelet took the oath of office, returning to power after four years with a reform agenda to reduce social disparities in the South American country. Political leaders past and present from across the globe attended the lavish ceremony, with Bachelet also waving to the public during a parade through Santiago.
