Branson becomes air stewardess

Sir Richard Branson became an air stewardess for the day after losing a bet. The Virgin Group chairman made a wager with AirAsia Group CEO Tony Fernandes on which of their Formula One racing teams would finish ahead of the other in their debut season. They agreed that the loser would have to serve as a flight attendant on board the winner’s airline. Branson lost the bet, and honored its terms in good humour. Fernandes (wearing a red cap) was on hand to ensure the debt was fulfilled.
