Car bomb targets Egyptian police

Car bombers have targeted a police building in the Egyptian city of Mansoura, north of Cairo. The bombing killed at least fourteen people, with authorities blaming the attack on the Muslim Brotherhood, prompting the government to officially label it a terrorist group.
