Disabled protests in Kashmir

Members of The Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association (JKHA) staged an anti-government protest march in Srinagar to mark International Day of People with Disability. Indian police detained dozens of members of the association during the rally which was held to demand an increase in monthly pensions and free education for deaf and blind handicapped people.
