Located on the 27th floor of The Oberoi, Dubai in downtown, the new venue covers a space of space of 450 square metres and offers panoramic views of the city skyline.

Its contemporary Mediterranean inspired food menu has been created by Executive Chef Olivier Dechaise, and includes signature dishes such as, lima tiradito ceviche, seared bluefin tuna and Guanaja coulant.

Iris caters to the more casual diners with a selection of mini delicacies such as Wagyu burgers and apricot crispy chicken balls that are served using the sharing concept.

The venue’s interior is designed by Suzanne Nasr and is divided into three main sections: a minimal oak wood bar, a more nostalgic high table arrangement and a beach house inspired dining area.

A variety of colours and different types of wood are used. But most interesting is the ferforje light fixtures above the bar and counter tops.

Using fresh ingredients, Iris’s mixologists can conjure up a signature beverage selection which ranges from traditional cocktails to creative specials.
