Cocosia Artisan Chocolate
\nThe individually crafted Cocosia Christmas Collection offers seasonal flavours and recipes, all created by experienced chocolatier Qudsia Karim.
\nGranny Smith, a taste of green apple, infused with cinnamon, in a variety of milk couvertures.
\nRoot Beer and Ginger Ale - two semi spheres each specially designed with root beer and ginger ale flavour.
\nCookies and Cream - Oreos with cream, garnished with shaved white chocolate.

Dishes such as whole baked salmon fillet with apricot marmalade or traditional turkey with roast chestnuts and sautéed vegetables are available, as well as seasonal desserts, such as the buche chalet, a cabin-shaped gianduja chocolate mousse with praline.
