When it opens in the first half of 2012, the resort will be the second Versace-branded property in the world following the launch of Palazzo Versace Gold Coast in 2000.

The grand entrance room of the Show Residence at Palazzo Versace Dubai includes a dining room featuring a hand-made silver leaf, glass-topped dining table. The table is dressed with fine porcelain tableware, part of the Versace meets Rosenthal Arabesque Gold range. Above the table hangs a chandelier trimmed in amber crystal, while the marble flooring is bordered by bespoke Versace-designed mosaic artwork.

Surrounding the main dining table are 10 chairs, each upholstered with Versace hand woven silk and detailed in crafted wood.

Adjacent to the dining area in the Palazzo Versace Show Residence is a drawing area featuring five royal lilac, art deco inspired sofas, set against golden marble flooring.

Pastels are the order of the day at Palazzo Versace, which features a royal lilac upholstered chaise longue in the study.
