Heated discussions in Kuwaiti parliament

Faisal al-Duwaisan, a lawmaker from Kuwait's Shiite Muslim minority, resigned after a Sunni MP insulted him during a heated exchange in the national parliament. There are seven Shiite MPs in the 50-member house.
