A Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, was also inked between the UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, TRA, and Chinese National Development and Reform Commission for the development of China's Silk Road information technology. The TRA and Huawei Technologies Co. sealed their co-operation with a MoU. A tripartite MoU for co-operation between the TRA, UAE University and Huawei Technologies Co., was also inked. (Image: WAM)
