The following renderings show how Select Group’s Marina Gate – a three-tower project with a gross development value of more than $1bn – will look upon completion
Aedas has unveiled its design for Dubai’s latest Dubai Marina project called The Residences at Marina Gate. The project consists of three residential towers standing above a cluster of podium loft units with retail facilities located at lower levels. The towers range from 43 to 56 storeys, tied together by a seven0-storey podium that houses water front villas and boutique retail units. Each building has its own tropical pool deck, gym and facilities. With a gross development value (GDV) in excess of $1bn, Select Group’s Maria Gate is currently under construction in Dubai Marina. The three-tower project will feature 1,500 high-end apartments in total. UAE-based ALEC has been appointed as the main contractor for Marina Gate’s first and second towers (MGI) and (MGII). The development will offer residents impressive views of the surrounding marina. Each of Marina Gate’s towers will feature a two-story health and fitness centre. Marina Gate’s estimated completion date is November 2019, according to Select Group.
