Inside a $12.3m Palm Jumeirah villa
Sea views through floor to ceiling windows from every bedroom in the house
In our series of exclusive looks inside some of Dubai’s most lavish properties in collaboration with Gulf Sotheby's International Realty, we take a look at the latest Palm Jumeirah villa wowing investors. The AED45m ($12.3m) Fond H villa boasts six bedrooms with dreamy sea and skyline views. This custom-built signature villa stretches over 12,586 square feet built-up area and a 15,974 square feet plot. Its main hall, not unlike most of the villa, features a double-height ceiling. The spacious space is designed in contemporary interiors, open-plan living and dining, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The windows, of course, look out to wide sea views as well as city skylines that include Burj Al Arab. Most of the villa’s furniture collection is by Italian design house Roberto Cavalli. Its kitchen, which features traditional wooden design, is just as spacious as the rest of the villa. On the middle floor, the master bedroom is also generously spaced with a large bathroom. It boast a grand balcony, too, which looks out to almost a 360 view. The other five guest bedrooms are of ample sizes and come with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The upper floor is an entertaining area with indoor and outdoor spaces (including an infinity pool) offering impressive sea views.
