According to Luxhabitat, the villa was sold during an open-house iftar in the holy month of Ramadan. The offer resulted in the new owner walking away with a BMW as part of the deal.

A total of 40 villas were transacted this year at Victory Heights, with an average transaction price of $1.1m (AED4.1m). The plot sizes of the villas ranged from 2,147 to 12,049 square feet.

The location of the villa, which is in close proximity to popular Dubai areas, was a contributing factor to its record sale, said luxury sales director of Luxhabitat Luke Jones.
