Inside Palm Jumeirah’s The Alef Residences
Luxury homes include private beach and skyline views
Luxury hotel W Dubai has serviced the high-end beach-style residences, Alef Residences, on the west crescent of The Palm Jumeirah. We took a look inside. A show apartment in The Alef Residences shows classic design elements paired with contemporary style. The Alef Residences has joined forces with internationally-known design brands. The brands include Spain’s Compac and Marazzi as well as Italy’s Listone Giordano. The property has 104 unique floor plans, with no two living spaces designed in the same way. Architecturally, it is inspired by the UAE’s valleys and Bastakiya area. Currently under construction, it is set on a 46,840 square metres of land. Its handover is scheduled in Q2 of 2017. Residents can choose between a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom apartments from 4,800 to 15,000 square feet. They will feature floor to ceiling ocean and skyline views as well as large balconies, gardens, and pools. The project’s most significant feature is its two single penthouses and three duplex penthouses, according to the Alef brand. Apart from having a 475 metre long private beach, the residences will boast a tropical landscaped garden and beachfront promenade with private cabanas and water sports. It will also house a private members’ club, Club 104, which will have 24/7 concierge services and six dining destinations. Prices for the Alef homes will range from AED 14 million to AED 51 million.
