Kuwaiti opposition demands end of corruption

The Kuwaiti opposition called for a rally during a gathering at a square opposite of the National Assembly building in Kuwait City on June 10, 2014, vowing to expose major corruption scams. On the same day, the Gulf emirate's government decided in principle to end subsidies on diesel fuel but would deal with any negative impacts on consumers before implementing the decision, the cabinet said.
