\nEating healthy is the second most-common New Year's resolution most of us make, but we don’t follow it for three reasons: we don’t know which food is healthy or unhealthy, we’re too lazy to cook healthy food, or we don’t enjoy healthy food.
\nThankfully, Lark has got the first reason figured out (more on how to solve the other reasons later).
\nLark is basically a personal weight loss coach and 24-7 house nutritionist. It tells you what to eat and what not to eat. It allows you to message it back and forth as it analyses your meals and provides suggestions for what to change about your diet. You’ll be eating healthier for longer.

\nYou know how I said that we don’t remain eating healthy for three reasons, among which are being too lazy to cook healthy food and not enjoying healthy food?
\nWell we’ve found an app that solves both of these issues. Epicurious teaches you home cooking, in a fun and interactive way, for healthy recipes. Why does it solve your problems? The recipes are dubbed “mouth-watering” by most of its users, even those who have a knack for fast food.
\nThe recipes are sorted in different categories and their recipes can be added to a featured “shopping list” for the next time you visit the supermarket.

\nWe’ve all spent a fortune during the holidays – be it on shopping or going out. Here’s the thing though: we probably spend a fortune on things we don’t need to be spending a fortune on. That’s exactly why Mint is a must-have app if you’re as financially hopeless as I am.
